This course is suitable for beginners and also those who have studied art and design but need to build up their professional portfolio. This course is scheduled to run online only.

- Week 4 - Beyond our scope, sovos tax compliance
- Week 5 - Finishes & Materials – flooring, walls, countertops, fireplaces, cabinets, paint, custom interior structures
- MIDTERM – BUILDING CODES, CERTIFICATIONS, FINISHES QUIZ
- Week 7 - Moving walls & windows, demo plans, scaling plans, elevations
- Week 8 -Project
- Week 9 - Create a hand drawn elevation using an architect scale
- Week 10 - NO CLASS - FALL BREAK
- Week 11 - Estimation Project
- Week 12 - Final - Hand drawn floor plan
